Iron on Flags Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Personalised & Custom Orders Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your personalised order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Faulty or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@irononflags.com. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns for unused, non-personalised items within 30 days. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations To cancel an order, contact us at sales@irononflags.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
